The best holiday cottage in Uttarakhand
Tiaara Cottage and Tiaara Solace are two independent cottages. These are beautiful holiday places situated in the Uttarakhand hills. The place is very picturesque and peaceful. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable. It has all the amenities that one needs for a perfect holiday.
Cottage Amenities
This is our personal property that we use as summer house. Both the Cottages are independent, and have two bedrooms with double beds and toilets; living room and kitchen each. One car parking is available at the cottage There are enough mattresses and blankets. There is an oil heater also for extreme winters and water geysers in toilets. Water is precious in hills, please use it without waste.

We know that you must be ready to relax and start your vacations, and we want you to make yourself at home right away. We have full time caretaker available.

While we have taken every effort to make the cottage warm, welcoming and comfortable, it is no means a hotel or resort. It's a family home in the truest sense.
Location
The place is in Satkhol, Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand. It is around 70 KM from Kathgodam, 9 KM from Mukteshwar and around 35 KM from Nainital.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. You may smoke outside the cottage.

Pets are not allowed.

Nearest fuel pump is in Bhowali which is 40 KM from our place, please ensure you have enough fuel for travel.

The place is away from commercial area and is situated in midst of fruit orchards. The area is is safe.

Additional charges
These are the additional charges to be paid to the caretaker.
• Meal charges Rs 135/person (breakfast)
• Meal charges Rs 185/meal per person (lunch and dinner)
• Tea Rs 20/cup, Coffee Rs 30/cup, cold-coffee Rs 50/cup
• Evening snacks including pakora, poha etc. Rs 120/plate, Maggie Rs 60/person
• Barbecue and bonfire Rs 600/instance
Meal charges are inclusive of grocery and vegetables for veg meals. For non-veg meals, additional material charges will be applicable.
